Quotes, estimates & consultations
Consultations and estimates are provided free of charge and in good faith. Written estimates are valid for the period stated on them and may change if the scope of work, materials or site conditions change. A project begins once details are confirmed in writing by both parties.
Materials & workmanship
We select quality materials and stand behind our workmanship with the warranty coverage described in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to products and fixtures as offered by their makers.
Financing & warranty guidance
We may introduce you to third-party lending and warranty partners. We are not a lender, insurer or financial adviser; any financing decision is made between you and the provider, on their terms. We only partner with providers we would trust in our own homes.
Your responsibilities
